You won't believe it! Nick and I went for a bike ride on Tuesday, and came away from it without a blown tire between us. We traversed the upper section of the Homer Watson bike trail from Blackwell to just about Camlachie, where the trail meets an abrupt finish, precisely in the middle of nowhere. I figured it out to be approx 6 and a half miles in each direction, so call it 20 kms. Flat and beaten, this trail was only a challenge because we were both dead tired when we started, but we wanted to be able to keep up with hem young'uns from London when we go there. I felt better at the end of it.
